Transformation Tuesday 3-24-15

Today’s ‪#‎TransformationTuesday‬ is Lifestyle member Kathy Dunworth! Here’s what she had to say:

“I have always been an active person. I exercised and never had to worry about what I ate until about age 50. I joined Tri-Cities Lifestyle Center and did 3 Zumba classes a week, yet was still not seeing any weight lost. I took some of Sandra Talford’s group fitness classes and loved them. They were fast, hard, and had great music. One day, I asked her about personal training. We started doing a one hour session once a week. I became dedicated to her fun classes. It was a real wake up call for me when she took my body measurements and weight! I was 40 pounds over! We discussed my diet and, her being a nurse, I knew what she was saying was correct. So our journey together began. It’s not easy. I fall down sometimes, but Sandra is always there for me making me get back on the right path. As a trainer, she’s the best. She’s tough and truthful. If I say, “I can’t” she says “Yes you can. You can always do 10 more of anything”. So I do it! Because of our training, I can honestly say that (at age 64) I have more strength and greater endurance. I also have so much fun in the classes. I am a Disco Queen again thanks to her. Oh yeah, my husband loves the changes too!”
