Today’s #TransformationTuesday is Lifestyle member Crystal Landers! Here’s what she had to say:
“In December of 2008, after visiting my doctor, I discovered I was borderline diabetic, had hypertension, and was morbidly obese. I was 28 years old and wanted to see 30 so I drastically changed my lifestyle.
Fast forward to the present: I have gone from walking one mile in 26 minutes to in January of this year completing my first 50K. It’s not rocket science. A combination of healthy eating, cardio, and strength conditioning leads to a healthier you. I’m still the same person just a healthier, better version of myself.
I’ve been at Tri-Cities Lifestyle Center for 9 months now and I love the group classes, the instructors, and the positive atmosphere. Everyone here is friendly and I don’t feel intimidated or uncomfortable while working out. That is a huge factor when choosing a gym and I’m glad I chose Lifestyles!”
