BLAST OF POWER
Start your day with a Blast! A full body workout using bars, balls, weights and Spinning bicycles for a mix of cardio and strength training.
BOX & FLOW
Float like a Yogi, Sting like Ali! In this hybrid fusion class, you will do both. Boxing, a hi-intensity Core and conditioning workout and a great way to blow off steam. Yoga, low-intensity, but it opens up your shoulders, chest, and hips and stretches your arms, releasing your body, Do the two back-to-back, and you create the ideal balance in both your body and your mind. Because boxing is so adrenaline-heavy, following it up with yoga forces you to gradually slow down, stretch out your muscles, and end your workout feeling calm, Rev it up, then cool it down!
CANDELIGHT YOGA LEVEL II
This latin inspired dance class in an International sensation. Learn fast and slow rhythms while burning calories and grooving to the awesome music. Learn the latest dances and enjoy the club lights all while having a blast! All levels welcome.
A Boxing/Cardio Workout to help you develop a strong mind body connection. Learn proper techniques for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility. No experience necessary!
MOVES & GROOVES
This class mixes Boxing, Pilates and Dance moves into a fun, fat-torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout guaranteed to whip you into shape using a class format that is awesome and challenging. In addition, you have the option of using weighted gloves or light weights, which add to the workout by toning the upper body and maximizing cardio health.

A 55 min class based upon the Ashtanga practice of Yoga. Flowing Vinyasas (series of poses) will challenge you in all areas of flexibility, strength and balance. No class is ever the same. Modifications given for those with special needs.
Combining coordination and cardio plus weights, elastic bands and balls for muscle toning and development to keep your body and heart healthy during your silver years.
SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are used. A chair is used for seated or standing support.
SPORT STEP 30
In the first 30 minutes of this class, you will strengthen the core in all positions. FINE- TUNING the body with an emphasis on CARDIO, STRENGTH and CORE training, in an inspiring group environment. This class is set to motivating music, strategically chosen athletic movements using every plane of motion, and various positions. Then finish off the the next 30 minutes with traditional Step Aerobics with Master Trainer Cheryl. SPORT STEP 30 is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
A straightforward Step class that is full of fun, variety and challenges for every level of stepper. Basic to Intermediate movements lead you to success! 10 minutes of core work – twice a week at the end of the class intensifies the workout. Try it, you’ll LOVE it!!!
This fun class consists of hi-intensity training utilizing body weight and weight training, plyometrics and more. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. A fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, & hip hop music taught by fitness professionals.
A Yoga/Pilates fusion in one awesome class. Zenergy combines Yoga and Pilates into one great workout. Yoga realigns your body, tones and lengthens muscles and helps improve flexibility and balance. Pilates focuses on building strength in the deep muscles of the abdominal region and the body’s core.
