Start your day with a Blast! A full body workout using bars, balls, weights and Spinning bicycles for a mix of cardio and strength training.


Come enjoy this traditional Yoga class held in a candlelit setting.  Enjoy the calmness and peace of mind this atmosphere provides – it doesn’t get much better than this…Namaste.


This latin inspired dance class in an International sensation. Learn fast and slow rhythms while burning calories and grooving to the awesome music. Learn the latest dances and enjoy the club lights all while having a blast!  All levels welcome.


Takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 55 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole- body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on arms, legs, core, and cardio.


A Boxing/Cardio Workout to help you develop a strong mind body connection.  Learn proper techniques for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility.  No experience necessary!


Put on your dancing shoes and Move and Groove to tunes throughout the decades. A continuous moving dance class (with easy to follow steps) followed by an extended time of stretching and relaxation. Rev it up, then slow down. The perfect duo!


A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.  Played indoors in our Basketball/Volleyball Gym area on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. You will utilize a paddle and a plastic ball with holes.  Played as doubles or singles, open to everyone.


The Revolution is here!  Introducing new “Coach By Color” Technology.  This cycle’s color training system delivers real-time, color-coded biofeedback to the user.  With 5 Training Zones, you maximize your workout.  With the latest technology, this Bike is ready to connect riders to their workouts and the digital world like never before.    Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to reserve your bike as space is limited.


Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building on our new “Coach By Color”  IC6 Cycles. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout while enjoying a virtual simulation on our Flat screen TV.  We have added a series of Upper Body Exercises with Dumbbells provided to tone your Arms and Chest as you Ride, giving you even more of a calorie burn!  Themed movies will also be shown on Holidays and special events.  Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to reserve your bike as space is limited.


Be strong for life! A barbell program for all fitness levels that works all major muscles using reps, duration, and frequency changes to achieve results you want. Great for all levels!


A  55 min class based upon the Ashtanga practice of Yoga.  Flowing Vinyasas (series of poses) will challenge you in all areas of flexibility, strength and balance.  No class is ever the same.  Modifications given for those with special needs.


Combining coordination and cardio plus weights, elastic bands and balls for muscle toning and development to keep your body and heart healthy during your silver years.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are used. A chair is used for seated or standing support. 


In the first 30 minutes of this class, you will strengthen the core in all positions.  FINE- TUNING the body with an emphasis on CARDIO, STRENGTH and CORE training, in an inspiring group environment. This class is set to motivating music, strategically chosen athletic movements using every plane of motion, and various positions. Then finish off the the next 30 minutes with traditional Step Aerobics with Master Trainer Cheryl. SPORT STEP 30 is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.


A straightforward Step class that is full of fun, variety and challenges for every level of stepper.  Basic to Intermediate movements lead you to success!  10 minutes of core work – twice a week at the end of the class intensifies the workout.  Try it, you’ll LOVE it!!!


 Are you ready for a Party?  What’s better than one Step?  How about two, that’s what makes it a Party!   Two benches will take your usual step moves to the next cardiovascular level!  Using repetition and layers of movement, this class delivers a 55 minute heart-pumping, calorie burning, FUN step workout that will keep you coming back for more!  All levels welcome.


A class consisting of two great elements together – Weigh Training and HIIT routines.  This class is designed for all fitness levels.  You will work all major muscles using reps, duration, and frequency changes to achieve results you want.   This class also uses High Intensity Interval Training using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.  No two classes are EVER the same.  Ready for a challenge?  This is it!!!!


A fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, & hip hop music taught by fitness professionals.
