Takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 55 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole- body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on arms, legs, core, and cardio.

P90X LIVE is total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. It’s tough—but your Instructor can show you how to modify any move, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus.
PILATES INFUSED CORE
This popular mat workout developed by Joseph Pilates concentrates on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance without adding bulk. If you are looking for that long, lean dancer body, this is the class for you!
REVOLUTION INDOOR CYCLE
The Revolution is here! Introducing new “Coach By Color” Technology. This cycle’s color training system delivers real-time, color-coded biofeedback to the user. With 5 Training Zones, you maximize your workout. With the latest technology, this Bike is ready to connect riders to their workouts and the digital world like never before. RIDE N’ REELZ
Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building on our new “Coach By Color” IC6 Cycles. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout while enjoying a virtual simulation on our Flat screen TV. Themed movies will also be shown on Holidays and special events. Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to reserve your bike as space is limited.

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are used. A chair is used for seated or standing support.
