Blast of Power

Start your day with a Blast! A full body workout using bars, balls, weights and Spinning bicycles for a mix of cardio and strength training.


BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 55-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.

Club Zumba

This latin inspired dance class in an International sensation. Learn fast and slow rhythms while burning calories and grooving to the awesome music. Learn the latest dances and enjoy the club lights all while having a blast!  All levels welcome.

Kettlebell AMP’D

Takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 55 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole- body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on arms, legs, core, and cardio.


Learn boxing moves combined with muscle building strength and core moves. Add old school cardio, like running and jump rope, and round out the hour with punches and kicks on the heavy bag. Beginners to advanced welcome!


Cycle your way through an intense calorie blasting cardiovascular workout. From intervals to climbing hills, Spinning will take you to the next level of fitness. Great for all fitness levels! Arrive 5 minutes early for bike set up.

Combining coordination and cardio plus weights, elastic bands and balls for muscle toning and development to keep your body and heart healthy during your silver years.


A motivating and challenging fitness class progressively blending cardio, strength, balance and flexibility through exercises using various equipment , free weights, pilates, plyometrics and intervals that work the body to peak fitness. This class will help you develop a strong and powerful core. Options are provided to ensure a great workout is achieved by every participant.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are used. A chair is used for seated or standing support.


A straightforward Step class that is full of fun, variety and challenges for every level of stepper.  Basic to Intermediate movements lead you to success!  10 minutes of core work – twice a week at the end of the class intensifies the workout.  Try it, you’ll LOVE it!!!  


A High Intensity Interval Training class (HIIT) using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout.  You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.  No dancing required!  


Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training? This class is it. Each week both the format and the equipment used will change increasing your calorie burn and enabling you to get a total body workout.  


A fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, & hip hop music taught by fitness professionals.


An 55 min class based upon the Ashtanga practice of Yoga.  Flowing Vinyasas (series of poses) will challenge you in all areas of flexibility, strength and balance.  No class is ever the same.  Modifications given for those with special needs.


A Yoga/Pilates fusion in one awesome class.  Zenergy  combines Yoga and Pilates into one great workout.  Yoga realigns your body, tones and lengthens muscles and helps improve flexibility and balance.  Pilates focuses on building strength in the deep muscles of the abdominal region and the body’s core.
